May is the Managing Partner of Shanghai YaoWang Law Offices. She has practised law in mainland China for more than 15 years. May is admitted as an attorney in China and in the State of New York, United States. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and prior to YaoWang being established, she was a partner in the Asia employment team at Simmons & Simmons.
 

May has extensive experience, especially in the areas of employment and investigations as well as corporate and contract law. She understands international commercial practices and has a wealth of experience in labour arbitrations and litigation in China. She works closely with multinationals as well as Chinese companies in advising on employment, regulatory compliance & foreign direct investment in mainland China matters.
