Her education spans both civil and common law jurisdictions, providing her with a deep understanding of finance, financial products, cross-border transactions, asset management, valuation, pricing, and accounting.

Angela specialises in cross-border litigation and arbitration. Prior to her upcoming role at YaoWang, she dedicated a decade to a China Red Circle law firm. Her expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including but not limited to, domestic and international financing, energy, education, insurance, mining, hospitality, medical services, and construction. Angela has adeptly handled cases under the administration of CIETAC, HKIAC, SIAC, ICC, SHIAC, often leading her clients to favorable awards or satisfactory settlements.

Her collaborative efforts with lawyers across different jurisdictions have been instrumental in navigating complex disputes, including arbitration-related winding-up petitions, derivative lawsuits, injunctions, and enforcement proceedings.
